Our services
We provide IT support, infrastructure, security, and software services as described on this site. The exact scope, deliverables, and pricing for your engagement are set out in a written proposal or contract.
Pricing & payment
Managed support is billed monthly; projects and hardware are quoted up front. All pricing is transparent and agreed before work begins. Invoices are issued in AED with applicable VAT.
Cancellation
Managed support is month-to-month and can be cancelled with one month’s written notice. We hand over documentation and access cleanly when an engagement ends.
Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service, except where the law provides otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
